Payments & cancellations

Updated 27 September 2026. These terms apply to first consultations and follow-ups booked online for an in-person clinic visit.

Choose how much to pay online

The deposit is part of your consultation fee, not an additional charge. Choose your payment option in the booking form. Razorpay processes the payment, and the online booking is confirmed after successful payment. Save your booking confirmation and payment reference.

Cancellations and missed appointments

• At least 24 hours before your appointment: the full amount you paid is refundable.
• Less than 24 hours before, or a missed appointment: the deposit is retained (₹500 for a first visit; ₹200 for a follow-up). If you paid in full, the remaining amount is refunded.
• If the clinic cancels: the full amount you paid is refundable.

Notice periods use the appointment time in India Standard Time. Contact reception if you need to reschedule, especially within 24 hours of your visit.

How to request a refund

Call or WhatsApp reception at +91 86101 41220 with your booking and payment reference. Refunds are reviewed and issued manually by the clinic to the original payment method; cancelling a booking does not automatically issue a refund. Your bank or payment provider determines when the money appears after the refund is issued.

If your payment appears successful but you have no booking confirmation, contact reception before paying again.
