Optional website analytics
If you choose “Allow analytics”, we use Google Analytics to understand visits and actions such as opening the booking calendar, completing a booking in the website modal, or clicking call, WhatsApp and directions links. Analytics cookies can recognise a browser across visits. Google processes technical information such as browser, device and approximate location to provide these reports.
Our analytics sends broad page groups, such as “conditions” or “articles”, rather than the specific condition or article you read. We do not include appointment form answers, names, email addresses, phone numbers, booking identifiers, site-search terms, URL query parameters or full referral URLs in the analytics events we send. Advertising signals and automatic form, site-search and outbound-link measurement are turned off.
You can decline analytics and still use the website and booking features. Your preference is saved in this browser. Use “Analytics preferences” in the footer to change it. Declining after previously allowing analytics stops further measurement and clears this site's Google Analytics cookies; it does not erase data already collected by Google.
Appointments and contact
Appointment booking is provided by DaySchedule. When you open the booking calendar, your browser connects to that service. Information you submit there is used to arrange your appointment and manage the clinic calendar. Booking works independently of your optional analytics choice. Please avoid adding unnecessary medical details to the booking notes.
Online appointment payments are processed through Razorpay within the DaySchedule booking flow. Payment details are entered with the payment provider; this website does not collect or store your card details. The clinic uses payment and refund records to manage your booking.
Calls, WhatsApp and Google Maps links open their respective services, which apply their own privacy practices. Website hosting is provided by Vercel, which processes technical requests needed to serve the site.
